Character Animation by Sagar Arun. The main waterbending effect was created using hand-drawn curves to guide the overall animation of the flowing water. Additional splashing effects were created in separate flip simulations.
Character Animation by Gregory Verreault. Additional debris was added by adding particle and rbd simulations from the main boulders, and creating volumetric dust.
Character Animation by Sagar Arun. The firebending element is comprised of 4 separate pyro simulations, the initial hand trail, the build-up circle blasts, the main blasts, and smaller circle core shapes.
Character Animation by Gregory Verreault. Eight separate volume simulations were made which incorporated the velocity of Aang's movements.
